#19A: Draw out your last name in Illustrator

First we explore the line and shapes options, i made the traditional capital letters except for the "j". Then started paying around with the magic wand and the magnetic lasso, selecting the places were i wanted to use the gradients. lastly i use the start pattern to repeat some shapes and put some of the on the corners and the text tool for the information.
DONE!!!

#18: Introduction to Adobe Illustrator USB

We just used the shapes form and the text tool it wasn't that hard but it was a long process.

#17: Soft Filtering Skin tones

we added a soft-focus effect to a portrait that not only minimizes skin imperfections but also adds a romantic glow to the subject’s skin and still keeps the subject’s main features in focus, by converting the picture in a smart object and using the Gaussian blur.

#15 Smart Filtering with Motion Blur

We using Smart Filters you need first to create a Smart Object Layer. Actually, any filter applied to a smart object layer becomes a Smart Filter. This type of method is completely nondestructive and offers more image-editing flexibility than ever before.
The difference between a Smart filter and a normal filter is that Smart Filters offer adjustments without compromising any pixel data. We can add multiple filters one on top of one another, change the order of the Smart Filters to change the resulting effect. We can remove or hide Smart Filters at any time or we can continuously edit the settings of the Smart Filters to achieve different interesting effects. Also we can paint in a mask to hide or reveal different areas of the filter for refined edits, all without altering the image data.

#14a-b Overlay on uneven surfaces

we create a painted effect look by overlaying an image distorted with a Displacement Map.The Displace filter is one of several Photoshop filters that require the use of a displacement map, which works like a texture map, placing the image over a grid that creates a textured look, adjust the Gaussian blur, the opacity and erasing the things don't need and finish.

#13 Mimic Poster

I found a picture of the "Cheetos flaming hot" and a picture of baby carrots.
I erased the Cheetos with the magic lazoo and placed the baby carrots picture over it, with the eraser i fix the carrots picture to my like. Finally i added the letters using the text tool and making a glow around everything using blending options, outer glow, and done.

#12 Texture With Layer Modes

we learn how to texture with layer modes by using clipping masks to constrain the visibility of one layer to that of the layer beneath. In a clipping mask, the bottom most layer acts as a mask for the layers above it. The layers in the group clip to the opaque areas of the base layer and don’t show over the transparent areas of the base layer.

#11 Club Flyer

The three text styles that I used were:
1. glass text
2. pattern filled
3. outer shadow glow
Also I used the pattern background and the shape design of starts, and the smudge tool.
